SBT é proibido de exibir o "Qual é o Seu Talento?"-SBT is forbidden to display the "What's Your Talent?"

A batalha judicial que envolve o SBT e a FremantleMedia teve mais um capítulo nesta terça (12). A produtora, que acusa a emissora de plagiar seus formatos e reuni-los no "Qual é o Seu Talento?", obteve direito na justiça que impede o canal de exibir a atração.

Sinara Palhares, juíza da 7ª Vara Cível da Comarca de Osasco, onde o processo corre, entendeu que o programa do SBT é um plágio do "Britain's Got Talent".

 The legal battle involving the SBT and FremantleMedia had one more chapter on Tuesday (12). The producer, who accused the station of plagiarizing their shape and assemble them in the "What's Your Talent?" Got right in court that prevents the channel to display the attraction.
